Established in 1965, Port Fish Day is incorporated as a non-stock and not-for-profit Corporation. No dividends or pecuniary profits shall be declared or paid to any Officer, Director, or any other person associated with the Corporation. No part of any net earnings shall inure to the benefit of any individual. In other words, all people involved with Port Fish Day are volunteers.

Port Fish Day, Inc. is organized to present a festival in the city of Port Washington, Wisconsin once each year. This one day event shall be known as "Port Washington Fish Day", ("Fish Day"). Port Fish Day, Inc. shall carry out all lawful activities related to this event.

"Port Washington Fish Day" shall be dedicated to the City of Port Washington and celebrate with ceremony, entertainment, and festivity it's citizens, history, business, culture and traditions.
